At UAMFURI, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not work as expected due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly help you with a return, replacement, or suitable solution.

Please note that all return, exchange, refund, and accessory replacement periods are calculated from the date you receive the product, not from the order date or shipping date.


1. Quality Issues — Free Return or Replacement

If your item has a product quality issue, including but not limited to manufacturing defects, missing essential parts, damaged components, or functional problems upon arrival, you may request a free return or replacement.

For verified product quality issues:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • You may choose a replacement product.
  • You may also choose a return and refund.
  • Photo or video proof may be required to help us process your request quickly.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product if there is any issue with your order.


2. One-Year Free Accessory Replacement

We provide a one-year accessory replacement service for eligible parts.

Within 1 year from the date you receive the product, if any accessory or component is damaged due to non-human causes, we will provide a replacement accessory free of charge.

This includes issues caused by:

  • Normal use defects
  • Manufacturing-related accessory problems
  • Non-human damage to eligible parts

This policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by excessive force or external impact

As an alternative solution, customers may also choose to receive a discount coupon for purchasing a new storage cabinet, depending on the situation.


3. Non-Quality Returns or Exchanges Within 30 Days

If you would like to return or exchange your item for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges:

  • The item must be unused or in good resalable condition.
  • The item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and manuals if applicable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • We do not charge an additional return handling fee unless the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure:

  • The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.
  • The item is returned in proper condition.
  • All included accessories, parts, and packaging are returned together.
  • Proof of purchase, such as order number or confirmation email, is provided.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
