Shipping Policy

At UAMFURI, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for our customers. We currently ship orders within the United States from our four U.S.-based warehouses, allowing us to deliver products more efficiently to most locations.


1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we may not support shipping to certain remote areas, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States. If an order cannot be delivered to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. U.S. Warehouse Shipping

UAMFURI operates four warehouses within the United States.

Your order will be shipped from the warehouse best suited to your delivery address and product availability. This helps us reduce delivery time and provide a better shipping experience.

In some cases, if you purchase multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses.


5. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all eligible orders within the United States.

There are no standard shipping fees for orders shipped to supported U.S. addresses. If any special shipping situation applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that free shipping applies to the original delivery only. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.


6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your package through the carrier’s website.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.


8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will help you check the shipping status and, when necessary, work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect address information, or other factors beyond our control.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and product, and contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photos or videos to help us verify the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, return, refund, or accessory replacement, depending on the situation.
