We currently ship orders within the United States.

UAMFURI operates four warehouses within the United States, and your order will be shipped from the warehouse best suited to your delivery address and product availability.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other logistical issues.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and accessory replacements are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Please note that all return, exchange, refund, and accessory replacement periods are calculated from the date you receive the product, not from the order date or shipping date.

For product quality issues, customers may be eligible for a free return, replacement, or refund after verification.

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date they receive the product, provided that the item meets the return conditions. Return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We also provide a one-year free accessory replacement service for eligible parts damaged due to non-human causes.
